Gladfield Dark Chocolate malt is dark in colour and light on astringency due to a unique roasting technique. Gladfield Dark Chocolate malt has lovely coffee and chocolate aromas and is a big hit with Porter and Stout brewers and drinkers! This grain must be used fresh for best results.
