1st FWK

My first FWK. Was not sure I was going to enjoy it as my normal preference is for balanced lagers. Pleasantly surprised, fermented for 12 Days and Cold Crashed for 3 Days. Left in keg charged on Co2 at 12psi for 2 weeks. Tried tonight and can certainly agree the FWK is a step up from my previous 8 kit and kilo Brews. May be a FWK convert.
