Chinook is a dual purpose high alpha hop. Chinook delivers a potent & smooth bitterness but also contributes specific pine notes highly desirable in an IPA dry hop. Strong notes of grepefruit, with notes of citrus, dried herb & mountain pine. Great as a dry hop addition.
